Tier II Reporting
White Buffalo Environmental offers the service of completing and filing the Tier Two reports each year for Oil and Gas facilities.
Tier Two reporting is a requirement of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) under the Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act (EPCRA).
Tier Two reporting provides state and local officials and the public with specific information on certain chemicals that are present at facilities during the previous calendar year.
The goal of Tier Two reporting is to protect the public and environment by providing current and accurate information about hazardous chemicals contained at facilities.
The reporting deadline is usually March 1 each year.
Different States will have their own filing forms, additional requirements and fees.

ghg reporting
In response to the FY2008 Consolidated Appropriations Act (PDF) (613 pp, 1.5MB, About PDF) (H.R. 2764; Public Law 110-161), EPA issued the Mandatory Reporting of Greenhouse Gases Rule (74 FR 56260) which requires reporting of greenhouse gas (GHG) data and other relevant information from large sources and suppliers in the United States. The purpose of the rule is to collect accurate and timely GHG data to inform future policy decisions. In general, the Rule is referred to as 40 CFR Part 98 (Part 98). Implementation of Part 98 is referred to as the Greenhouse Gas Reporting Program (GHGRP).
Green House Gas reporting is an important part of regulatory compliance that Oil and Gas companies can easily get lost in.
With all the twists and turns and yearly reporting changes EPA GHG reporting can sometimes be a minefield.
At White Buffalo we have experience reporting for varying sizes of companies. We check applicability and where necessary collect and report on GHG levels yearly.
The reporting deadline is usually March 31st each year.
